These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the referral services ("Services") provided by XYZ FOUNDERS LTD. ("Provider", "Eggleads", "we", "us", "our") to users ("Users", "you", "your") of the Provider's website or other platforms where the Services are made available.

Services and Service Tiers

Eggleads provides a suite of services designed to connect Users with potential leads. These services are offered through several tiers with unique benefits:

  • Free: Upon signup, Users gain access to an initial set of 200 curated leads. Each week thereafter, they will receive an additional 10 new leads. Educational content including actionable tips, outreach strategies, and email templates are provided to help Users maximize their lead engagement success.

  • Do It Yourself: Priced at $199 per month, this tier is designed for proactive agencies ready to handle outbound sales themselves. Subscribers will receive a comprehensive list of 1,000 carefully researched leads from the previous month, alongside a fresh list of 1,000 new leads at the start of each month. Each company featured in these lists is profiled with 20+ relevant data points, enabling Users to tailor their approach effectively.

  • Fully Managed: For $2,499 per month, this premium tier is the perfect solution for busy founders and teams with demanding schedules. Users in this category will have their outreach efforts and meeting bookings expertly handled by Eggleads. Weekly updates and detailed reporting are provided to keep Users informed about the progress of their referral process. The Fully Managed tier operates on a 0% commission rate for successful referrals, demonstrating the Provider's commitment to delivering exceptional value.

Service Availability

We strive to provide the Services on a continuous basis and to ensure that the Services are always available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. There may be occasions when our Services will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs or due to the failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond our control. In these circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to restore the Services as soon as possible.

User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Services. For example, Users must not attempt to harm our Services, use our Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to build a similar service or app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any User account if they are found to be misusing the Services.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Eggleads, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or sent to Users via email. By continuing to use our Services after changes have been made, you agree to the changes.

Termination Clause

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any User account without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account and stop using our services at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any materials or content made available as part of the Services are owned by us or our licensors. Users shall not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services or by accessing any materials or content made available as part of the Services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Data Privacy

The Provider respects the privacy of Users and is committed to protecting the personal information that Users may provide through the Services. The Provider's policy on data privacy, including what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected, is set forth in the Provider's Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
